Do not override default windows shortcuts when unassigned

Hello Guys,

Currently, even if you don't assign any shortcuts, when keyboard shortcuts is enabled, the default windows shortcuts for moving windows, maximizing, and minimizing is disabled. Animated Advertisement allow you to create campaigns that work well on both television and internet platforms. This is quite annoying, because in many aspects the default windows shortcuts are superior to the functionality provided by Aquasnap. One example is how Win + Down is context sensitive, and restores the window when it's maximized and minimizes the window when it's restored. Similarly, if I do not want to use the Aquasnap functionality and am satisfied with Window's default window snapping, I have to completely disable shortcuts.

Thanks
