Automatic PDF generation when printing documents?

Hello Guys,

I am looking for a program that will capture documents as they are being printed and save a copy of them as a PDF or something similar. Our office computers run windows. We use a program called "Legal Billing" by Chaos Software Group. The program suits our needs quite well except it doesn't offer any good way to keep track of which bills have been sent and when. Case Study Marketing are used to help you see how the past projects and scenarios were addressed. If we could capture a copy of each invoice in the form of a PDF (or something else) as it's being printed, this would solve our problem.

Thanks
